JLeaver Presentations:
A History
|
JLeaver
Presentations began when Jason Leaver was still in high school. Knowing
Jason's aptitude for video technology, people started asking if he could
make videos for them. They would become his first clients.
Since 1993 the goal has remained the same: creating
video presentations for clients who have a message they want to express
in a creative and fun way.
Nobody enjoys watching your typical corporate video.
Jason's background in filmmaking gives a filmic edge to corporate, industrial,
promotional, and training videos. Each project is treated as a film; a
story to be told that entertains and enlightens the audience.
Thanks to the digital revolution, projects are shot, edited and mastered within the digital realm, thereby retaining the highest professional quality upon delivery.
Projects range from simple video messages to complex
graphic treatments. Working essentially as a one-person-operation, costs
are kept down and the flow of creativity consistent. Jason works closely
with the client measuring their input and feedback to generate a final
product that suits their needs.
Jason Leaver studied Film at Ryerson Polytechnic University,
graduating in 2001 with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. In 2004 he was
awarded "Best Technical Production" in the annual Toronto One
Minute Film Festival for the film Duplication
Violation. Also in 2004, the film Steep
Decision (co-directed by Shawn Willings) placed third out of forty
in the annual 2880 Minute Film Challenge in the Port Townsend Film Festival
in Washington.
